When it says no flavor, it has no flavor. It is perfect in hot or warm liquids, doesn't dissolve in very cold water. I love it!

I mix the peptides with bone broth and drink it with my breakfast. They seem to help improve my digestive issues and keep me fuller longer.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE SCOOP! So annoying that the scoop is no longer included, especially when I am traveling!
