I bought this and had never used collagen before. I always get this one large clump of the collagen, once in my liquid. Is this normal??

Used this every morning in my coffee and it was great. No taste although i wouldn't recommend mixing it in oatmeal.

I have consumed two 20 oz containers of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides and see no improvement in my finger nails. Will try another 20 oz.
