I bought the Collagen Peptides (unflavored) and use it in my Golden Milk, can't tell the benefits yet, but I can't taste it so it works for me.

I'm 50 and needed this stuff. My hair is back to being more lush and full. So relieved. I drink a scoop of this every morning now in my coffee.
