I bought this to help with my joint pain (I have RA). The Benefits have been fantastic. Not only with my joints, but with my nails!

This was a good product - as food- but has now become one of the far too many "supplements" using sub-optimal additions like ascorbic acid.

Great for my smoothies. Can't tell it's there. Haven't tried it any other foods yet. Dissolves really easy.

This has been a good product so far. I drink it with hot water. I do wish there was more powder in each container.

I have noticed tighter skin and less cellulite and love that it dissolves so quickly in my cup of coffee with no lumps like other brands!

Have used in smoothies for the past three months and definitely see improvements ! (Mainly nail strength)
