I have seen a lot of improvement on my hair and nails, and my skin loves it! I usually add it to my water and smoothies, highly recommend.

This is very helpful for my knees. I do 30 mins weights and 30 mins cardio 3 or 4 times a week and vital proteins makes it much better for me.

Seems to have a lot of collagen. For flavor, I mix it with Dr Berg's chocolate Kale Shake. Taste very good.

I put a scoop in my coffee every morning and been doing it for a couple months now , it dissolve so easy, and can’t taste it .

I have tried putting in everything it turns to gel. WI can not drink it with slimey chunks in it.. Don't know what else to try.
