Seems ok so far. I wish I had known that you have to take six capsules twice a day. It's too soon to tell if they are helping in anyway.

I have been taking this product for 2 months. I do not see any results yet. 2 side effects - General nausea and bloating.

I have used better collagen that was a lot less expensive . I only bought this because I couldn’t get my usual . I was disappointed .
