This is a quality protein. It is easy to add to drinks or smoothies. I put 1 scoop in my coffee & there is no change is the taste of my coffee.

This stuff is amazing - the way it dissolves and has no taste, and leaves no lumps or powdery residue in the bottom of my cup!

Not sure was using another brand for quite awhile, so not sure yet. Do be honest I haven't seen any difference with either one.
