I've been taking this for less than a month, but I've already seen improvements it Hair, nails and skin.

My hair certainly looks better and I think it is fuller after five months. The packaging is awkward.

It clumps up and doesn’t dissolve in my coffee. I’ve tried many collagen brands and have never experienced this before.
