Love to add it to all my drinks and smoothies, it doesn't change the texture or the taste and dissolves instantly!

I use this in my tea or coffee twice daily and I feel a difference in my skin tone, my hair is shiny and my nails are stronger

I love Vital Proteins collagen peptides. I sprinkle it in my coffee and add it to protein shakes and smoothies. The stick packs are great for travel.

Great quality protein and blends so easily into smoothies, coffee, etc. without ant taste or grittiness.
