Maybe I shouldn't have tried plain water but it said no taste. Wrong! It tasted and smelled absolutely horrible. Like leather baking in the sun.

I’ve been using this product for a year now. And yes I have seen improvements. I take my 2 scoops every morning in my coffee. I kept the scoop from the old containers bcuz now they don’t have them. You have to try out. It really works.

Great product - and this is a great size for the cost any way you look at it. I add to my coffee when I don't do a morning shake and I absolutely feel the difference when I skip a day. I highly recommend this for health.
