I love the collagen, but was sorely disappointed that it came in a cardboard container that was like a secret vault to open up. Squeeze and pull to open?! Not in my lifetime!

I have hypothyroidism and this has helped tremendously with my brittle nails, skin and hair. Would recommend 100%. I gradually mix powder in warm water, to avoid clumping, then I add my protein shake powder and milk.

I love the product but I don’t like the new packaging. When it was delivered the cardboard container had gotten ripped in shipping and most of the powder was in the bottom of the box.

The peptides are okay but the new packaging is horrible and it didn’t come with a scoop. Thankfully I had another tub at home to transfer it into and to use an old scoop.

The product was changed to a cardboard container. When it arrived I had protein powder everywhere. The container was crushed with no product left inside.

I am so much healthier when I take this! I can always tell by my nails. They grow so fast and strong. I was out for 2 weeks and my nails became paper thin! I’m a believer, not just a follower.

I’ve used this product for several years and previously had no issues mixing it. It now won’t dissolve very well. I’m switching to a different collagen.

Love the collagen, HATE the new packaging. You cannot open without spilling and it does not keep the humidity out anymore. I take it for arthritis and must get my husband to open it for me.

I received my order via delivery and 1 of the canisters was damaged and leaked all over in the delivery bag and on my other items. Sent message to Sam's club, no response. Disappointed

Funny you should ask because there is NO scoop. My bad for not seeing that, as it is clearly marked on container. It says “same great protein minus the scoop”. Is this to eliminate plastic?…because the entire jar is plastic 🤔 Not helpful.
