Was good, I follow a YouTuber that he recommend the use of the protein the channel name is FlavCity.

My product came less than half full. At the suggested serving I finished in week and a half. Disappointed.

I continue to order this, improvement in hair, nails, skin and know it's great for many other reasons.

I am starving by 8 o'clock if I don't add my collagen to my coffee each morning. This keeps me full until lunch at 12!

I use the VP collagen peptides for skin and joint health. My preferred way to eat it is in smoothies or oatmeal.

I see much improvement in my hair and skin. it always makes you feel better when your hair and skin is healthier. good product.

I have been using for 2 years. My skin and nails have never been better. My joints and muscles are in the best shape of my life
