I like this and I like the way it dissolves I see a big difference in my skin and body after 2 months

I love the way it melts into liquids (yogurt, soup, stew, so many things) and one can't taste it and yet our bodies are being nourished.

I like the results I see from this however even one scoop a day knocks me out of ketosis. Going to have to pass on this.

It was a little grainy tasting, I don't know what to add to make it a meal replacement for my breakfast.

It’s excellent product for skin when you used for 3 months you don’t need any treatment for the skin

I have noticed a huge difference in my hair and skin within the first six weeks of taking it. I put it in my coffee, it’s great! No taste!

Have used in smoothies for the past three months and definitely see improvements ! (Mainly nail strength)
