I use in my morning shakes and love that there is no taste. Definitely notice a positive change in my skin and hair.

Bought this 2 weeks ago and had a severe allergic reaction. I'm allergic to shellfish but the product doesn't disclose any information on shellfish.

Doesn't dissolve as well as it used to and it seems it went from 2 tbl spoons to 3 after they did away with the scoop. Not sure how it benefits me

easy to add to drinks, no taste and dissolves well. I'm a runner so I worry about my joints, specifically my knees and it seems to be helping.
