So disappointed!

The container was unsealed and only half of collagen peptide powder is filled in container.( less than 9oz as labeled)

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Because we source our Collagen Peptides from multiple partners, the density of the blended product can vary. That's why we fill each product by weight, rather than "height" (or fill line). Filling each canister by weight ensures each customer receives the EXACT same amount of product! That being said, we understand that when you open a canister of Collagen Peptides that has been filled with a denser blend, it may seem like you've been cut short. Just know you haven't been! To account for slight density changes in our collagen powder, which can happen from time to time, we adjust the scoop size accordingly. Don’t worry – we promise you’re still getting the same number of servings as listed on our canister labels!
