I put it in my coffee and it dissolves well with no taste. I would not recommend putting it in cold drinks as it just gets a little chunky.

I have bought this a few times now and I love how I can add it to my morning coffee and it doesn’t change the taste or clump.

I have consumed two 20 oz containers of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides and see no improvement in my finger nails. Will try another 20 oz.
