Bought this at my daughter's recommendation. It dissolves quickly and there is no taste. I haven't seen huge improvements in my hair or nails but it is easy to take and from the long list of ingredients, I believe it is good for me.

Helps with joints and aids in nail and hair growth.. over time as it get in your system, about two weeks taken as directed.. you won’t want to be without it.

Use it daily in a hot drink. It seems to be helping my nails not be so brittle. So, I’ll keep using it. And I like this brand best so far because I can buy it in bulk and it dissolves very easily.

Very pleased. Dissolves in warm water/beverage and becomes clear. No thickening noticeable, that I could tell. Doesn’t seem to change the flavor of tea, soup.

I've used this particular Collagen Peprides for more than 2 years now. I selected it because it doesn't have chicken or shellfish like most of the others I researched. Loving it.

Has helped with my joint pain after a couple months of taking it. I also have new hair growing in. It does take a couple months for it to get fully into the system and start helping.

The actual product is great but the new paper packaging is terrible. The canister was very hard to open and doesn't seal tight and is prone to spillage if dropped. I can't imagine someone with arthritis being able to open the sealed canister.
