Have noticed less wrinkles in my face and neck area. I bought it for the joint support and to help strengthen my hair.

I am truly satisfied with this product. I find my hair is much shiny and it's not falling out, and my skin is glowing much more.

It clumps a bit with just water. I found its better to blend with shakes but my skin looks clearer already!

The collagen peptides has significantly reduced my pre menstrual symptoms. I noticed my skin is smoother too!
