Been using this it has A LOT OF SODIUM! Don't see any change in my skin or hair yet just feel bloated because of all the salt?

Only been using this product for a week or two - not long enough to see any real difference in hair:skin/nails.

It clumps horribly when put in cold water. Dissolve it in a little bit of hot and then slowly add the cold not nearly as good as bulletproof!!!
