I bought the the box of 20 stick and haven't seeing improvement so far, but it is definitely has no taste and mix easily with my morning latte

I love that the powder is tastless and blends smoothly with whatever I mix it with. I've noticed positive improvements in both my hair and nails.

A friend recommended this brand and it hasnt let me down .. i dont notice a big difference yet but try to take it daily with my coffee
