Before ordering my second container I thought my fingernails were getting stronger, but I was wrong. So I can't say anthing positive about taking Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides.

Good product but always difficult to line up the top to screw back on - and I am not 'an old person'.... and once you do get it lined up, it takes a 'ga-zillon turns' to tighten it. Poor container design.

I've been using this powder for over a year religiously. I can tell a difference in my body when I don't use it! I start with adding to my coffee then smoothies. I also add it to my kid's meals. We love it!
