I just finished doing Whole30 and I used the Collagen peptides each morning in my coffee. It eased that first morning hunger till I could make myself a larger breakfast. Even though I am off of Whole30, this is a staple now in my diet.

I have used this for 3 years and am happy with the product. The new container is a disaster. I have arthritis (why I use collagen) and found it almost impossible to open the new container.

I've purchased and used this product for 2-3 years now but the most recent one I purchased is different. You can actually taste the collagen and it's super clumpy. I've tried mixing with cold and warm liquid but still won't fully dissolve.

Loved used the product. Not sure I notice a difference from one box of packets but I definitely feel better and love knowing it's working from the inside out. Will definitely keep it up as part of my beauty routine.

Forms clumps and doesn't mix properly. The clumps then stick to the bottom of my shaker bottle and require extra work to clean. This is with use of a blender bottle and a wire whisk using filtered water. Don't waste your money.

I really like the benefits of this product but am sadly disappointed with the new packaging. It is very difficult to open because of my arthritis. Please go back to the plastic screw top containers.

I bought this under skepticism. My joints started to give me a lot of pain. I couldn’t even run or expand my stride without feeling like I was ripping my body in two. After, just a month I have noticed a great difference and my pin has lessened.

I have been ordering for over a year until my last canister arrived with the safety band removed. I tried contacting Vital Proteins directly to no avail. I was too concerned to use the product so I threw it away and canceled my subscription.

Great product. Really does what it says it's going to do. It is really helping my joints. I was surprised. I tried a different brand and it didn't work well. I signed up for the subscription so glad I did. I will never run out.

I’ve been using vital proteins for almost 3 months now. I wouldn’t be without it! I’ve tried other brands and they taste awful. I really enjoy the plain (in my coffee) and the strawberry lemon is great in the summer!
