Fairly new to product but so far I’m planning on sticking with it. One minus is it doesn’t dissolve well in cold drinks. I’m not a coffee drinker, I drink juices. Fortunately it has little taste because I end up eating chunks of it.

I was pleasantly surprised with what this product has done for me. My hair is finally growing , my nails are stronger than ever and my skin feels flawless. I highly recommend this product!

The new formula with Vitamin C is awful. It tastes horrible and does not mix well at all. Vitamin C is heat sensitive so don't add it to your morning coffee (which is what I do every day). Bad move Vital Proteins.....you just lost a time customer.

My sister got my hooked on Vital...I’ve heard many bloggers talk about it but didn’t think much about it. After consistently using it, I have notice an AMAZING change in my hair and nails. My fingernails are so strong! Thanks collagen :)
