The product works as advertised. I have found that it is best to give it sufficient time to dissolve in water that is not too cold. I have not tried it in a hot beverage.

Honestly, I've been using this product for a few months now and not much has changed. My nails grow a little bit faster, but they are still weak, so they break. My hair isn't growing any faster. But hopefully something happens soon

I started taking this, hoping to see an improvement in my skin. After one month I see no change in my skin. However I am shaving my legs and trimming my nails every 15 minutes, so I know it’s doing it’s job
