I’ve been using Vital Proteins for 6-8 months. I’m doing keto and my hair was thinner lots of little whisps. My niece suggested this and I cannot believe how much improved my hair and nails are!! My skin looks better too!!

This collagen is a fantastic protein addition to morning smoothie. It has strengthened my hair and nails, along with helping with my muscle mass and athletic recovery. I can't live without it!

Was excited to receive only to see the small amount of powder for the money that I paid for it. I'll stick the the generic brand, they tend to do better

I live for this. You only have to take it 1x a day. I put a scoop in every drink. I've had many benefits from it. Especially my hair and nails. I wish they made a vanilla favored one.

My chiropractor recommended Collagen Peptides due to my painful hips. I put 2 scoops in my coffee in the morning. It blends in seamlessly. No aftertaste. I don't even know it's there.

I have been on the Collagen Peptide subscription for at least a year. I mix it with yogurt and fruit in the am and in smoothies etc. It’s flavorless so you can use it for other goodies to bump up your collagen.

The poor review is because the new cardboard packaging with a "pinch & pull" lid is the absolute worst. I will have to move on to another brand . It is unfortunate as I like the product but the packaging is terrible.

I love this collagen! It’s tasteless so it doesn’t interfere with the taste of my coffee or tea. It dissolves very quickly too! I have noticed a significant change in my complexion! Also it’s very inexpensive compared to other brands!

I have had nothing but good results from using this! My nails and hair are growing faster and stronger. I mix it in plain old water and still no weird taste. So glad I found Vital Proteins!
