been using it for almost a year now and what i noticed is that my hair grows sooooo fast!!! But with my skin, I haven't noticed that much change but not saying I'll stop taking it but ill continue and see whats gna happen

I am happy with this. It is versatile. I use it in flavored water or sleepytime tea. I do notice I am not as achy from workouts as I was 3 months ago before using.

Have seen other reviews describing how it sometimes did not blend as easily...I finally got a batch of it!! Formed small clumps when mixed in my coffee...first time I've had this issue and have been using for at least 9 months.

I’ve had two deliveries and it never mixed well with any of my drinks. The only thing it mixed well was with my smoothies but those were done in a vitamix which blend everything.

I love that it's unflavored and dissolves easily into my morning cup of coffee. My nails grow a little faster and I do have some baby hairs, but it's hard for me to say I've seen significant effects over time.
