I take Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides every morning in my tea. Totally flavorless but it has helped my joints so much - especially my aching elbows!

I've tried a few other collagen brands and this has the best results. I definitely see an improvement in my knee joint which is why I was interested in the first place.

My first canister had no odor or taste. My second canister smells like BLEACH and has no scoop. Recommend 4 TABLESPOONS???? Could not drink it!!!! Today I tried 2 tablespoons and was better. Why does the powder smell so bad?
