The poor review is because the new cardboard packaging with a "pinch & pull" lid is the absolute worst. I will have to move on to another brand . It is unfortunate as I like the product but the packaging is terrible.

I love this product and appreciate the addition of Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid but it has compromised the formula. It clumps terribly where the previous formula did not. Surely there is a way to have the best of both worlds. Please fix this.

I've been using this product for a few weeks and really love it. I hate the taste of protein powders but this collagen protein has no taste or texture. It blends right in. It has kept me full longer than normal too. I will definitely keep using it!
