I have enjoyed the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. It mixes well in oats, smoothies, coffee. It is an excellent and easy way to get more protein into your diet with a low caloric level. Definitely recommend for others.

I am over 80 but an ageless goddess no less lol! I use it inside and out and as a base or my daily facial mask Tightens and brightens skin leave on for one hour and mix with veggies or fruit REALLY!!
