I am feeling and seeing good results by taking this product. I love how it doesn't have any taste. I can add it to what ever I drink with no taste. I add it to my coffee every morning.

Just as advertised... it dissolved great in any beverage with little to no after taste. I only got the month supply, but didn't notice a difference....maybe had I gotten the larger size and used it longer I may have seen or felt a difference.
