love it in my coffee at the end of the first can i realized my hair is been growing usually i have it in a pony tail its grown at least 2 inches if not more my nails are stronger and my joints feel better

The taste is good but I have trouble getting it to dissolve completely. I do find it's helping get the strength back in my hair & nails so I do intend to keep using it.

Great product you can’t taste it at all in your coffee and I noticed my nails looking great soon after we started the powder but it starting bothering my husband and I both. Bad indigestion for both us so we stopped using it.

If you drink hot drinks daily then this would work for you. I am a cold drink person and it never stated anywhere that this powder doesn’t mix well or really even AT ALL in a cold or cool drink.
