I've been adding this to my protein shakes for the past year and I absolutely LOVE it! My hair and skin have never been healthier and I love having the added protein!

I have been taking these collagen capsules about 3 weeks and I see a big difference in my skin and nails. Hoping my hair also gets better, I will keep you posted.

Started using months ago and can't believe the improvement. My joints are feeling better and an added plus is the skin and hair improvement....I think I'm gonna try the chocolate if possible...yum

So I work out a lot of these help to keep me energized and just a great source of protein. I would completely purchase again once the ones I have run out. I mix them with a chocolate shake and cannot taste anything.

I bought this more than a month ago hoping it would help with joint issues. I’m a former marathoner with knee pain. This has made no difference, so I’m canceling subscription.

I bought this in hopes of helping my thinning hair. Only used it one week so can’t say whether it did or not. I just don’t like the taste or texture it puts into whatever liquid I add it to. Disappointed.

If you drink hot drinks daily then this would work for you. I am a cold drink person and it never stated anywhere that this powder doesn’t mix well or really even AT ALL in a cold or cool drink.
