Too soon to tell what it will do for me ....but all promises made as to the taste, consistency and “dissolubility” are exactly as advertised... I’ll come back and publish progress in about 6 more weeks. Already have my sister hooked in too!

I don't like the taste in just water. I have to mix it in warmer water to get it dissolve even with my frother. I add sugar free Gatorade to make it palatable. There are better Collagen drinks out there.

I bought this several weeks ago and I swear I have noticed little changes like the skin on my face is a little moister and I am more energetic. But I feel so good when I take it, I feel like I’m doing something really nice for myself.

I am on my 2nd container. I used it for a month for pain in my knee. It stopped hurting so I stopped buying it. My knee started in again so I will continue to use it. I also love what it has done for my hair and nails
