I am 7 months pregnant and have been mixing vital proteins in my water since I was about 3 months pregnant. I can't say for sure, but I feel like it has helped me with energy, feeling less sore and helping me bounce back from exercising.

This is my favorite brand of collagen. Great ingredients and is egg free, which is super for my daughter with eczema and an egg allergy. Will continue to buy.

This is the third collagen I have tried, and this one is my favorite. My skin is less dry and my nails have become stronger. Recently I have noticed my hair is shinier.
