Since Vital Proteins added Vitamin C to their collagen powder I have been great results. My skin and hair look so much better. I love that it is tasteless and dissolves so easily in my coffee.

Successive 3 purchases dissolved less and less in hot coffee. First container - instant. Last one floated on top. Left layer of foam on top after mixing.

My energy level went up after starting using Collagen Peptides. The stiffness in my fingers is getting better. I am yet to see changes in my hair growth.

I’ve used this product one month, and, so far, haven’t see any changes, good or bad. I know I need to consume probably 90 days before visible changes occur. I ran out of product almost two weeks ago. I consume 2 scoops daily.

Love this brand and the collagen peptide powder supplement. However, please stop recommending 20 g per serving. All research points to around 2.5-10 g per day.

I drank the product fir a month and although it felt good, I don’t see major gains yet. Not sure if I needed to take it twice a day to get the benefits .
