item does not dissolve all that well in liquid. it is better dissolving in hot liquids, but tends to clump somewhat. It is much worse in dissolving in cold liquids

If I could have used it longer, I might have been able to feel results that I was looking for. However, it cleaned me out like a laxative and I am not able to use it.

I mix a scoop everydat in my water. I luv this stuff! My nais have neber loked better. My joints no longer hurt. Recommend it for joint health but glowing skin is just a side benefit
