I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for a couple of years now, and I feel good. That is evidence that supplementing my body’s collagen with this product is doing what it intends.

I love this product and pretty much everything this company makes. I have been using this in my coffee every morning for the past year. I just saw their new coffee creamer with collagen peptide so I might try that next.

I am on my 2nd container. I used it for a month for pain in my knee. It stopped hurting so I stopped buying it. My knee started in again so I will continue to use it. I also love what it has done for my hair and nails

I bought the original vital proteins in the blue canister.. I mix it in my homemade dark hot chocolate mix it is so creamy and delicious.. I absolutely love it.. I feel like I am drinking a lava cake.

I started my first container, had to stop after a couple days due to a UTI. Waited a week, started taking it again, and after a couple of days another UTI. Not sure what is in it that causes this, but not trying it again.

Appreciate you enthusiasm however I don't think I have been taking it long enough to know, I've been told that you have to do this for minimum 30-60 days, so far I just finished 21 days, which is why I bought more.

Mixed well in coffee and oatmeal with an unnoticeable flavor. However, on day 5 of taking, I became nauseous and completely lost my appetite. Therefore, I had to stop taking.

I had read so much about the benefits of collagen, so after using Collagen peptides for a week I could feel the difference in the flexibility in my knees (i'm 56yo). Very happy with the outcome and plan to reorder a supply on an ongoing basis.

I started taking this 2 1/2 months ago for joint health. I have always had somewhat dry skin and am a slow healer. I cut my finger last week when opening a can and it healed so fast! This is a benefit I wasn't expecting that is so great for me!
