I've been using Vital Proteins collagen peptides for a couple of years. I have seen a noticable difference in my joints, hair and nails. My knee pain has reduced considerably. Love this product!

I have not been using the product for very long so I haven’t reaped any benefits yet. I will say I thought the canister would have lasted longer. Recommendation is two scoops a day. This canister will last about two weeks.

Here's the thing. I want to believe that using the collagen plus peptide powder is working but to be honest I don't notice anything at all. It's been well over 6 months & I'm not sure if it's making any impact on my health.

After about 3 weeks of using 1 scoop daily, I have noticed a difference in my nails being stronger and growing faster, as well as less shedding of my hair. It dissolves nicely in my cold brew and is completely flavorless. I will continue to use!

I put the collagen peptides in my coffee every morning. No taste. No texture. And does not change the taste or consistency of my black coffee. What I do notice is that my total joint healthy is markedly improved. Less pain and stiffness.

I can tell a difference in my skin & hair but mainly I bought it for my joint pain. I feel an improvement there also. I’m going to continue to take it as long as I have fibromyalgia issues...
