There is a weird flavor to it but if you add frozen strawberries, sugar and ice to your water and blend it you can’t taste it anymore. My hair has grown and skin looks good.

I did some research and it said you need a variety of sources... fish eggshells etc. this one has only one source. I would love to know who to believe.

I've used this product for over a year and never had a problem with it. This latest container I received causes a really upset stomach and diarrhea - even with only 1 tspn. I used to be able to have 2 scoops.
