I added two scoops of this product as directed to my black coffee this morning. About an hour later I had horrible gas pains. I could not even stand up! Lasted all day as well. I am terrified to try them again. For sure not for me.

I’ve been taking vital proteins collagen for six months now. My skin is improved with fine wrinkles gone. My hair is thicker and my joint pain non existent most days. It did take about six weeks to fully kick in.

So far so good. I’m starting to notice a difference in my nails after 5 weeks. My only complaint is that my second canister was only about half full and I doubt I will make it to the end of this month without having to buy more, which is a pain.

I have been using the collagen for over a month and I love it! My skin looks so much healthier, which is a great thing at 40+! I wish I had started taking it years ago! My body also feels better after my workouts. I highly recommend Vital!

I wanted to love this product. Mix it on my coffee. So easy. Unfortunately it makes me gassy, and I only use 1 scoop/day. So I’m looking for a new collagen.

Just adding this has helped me reach so many goals. My overall protein goal, but also helped my overall health and appearance. In addition- it makes anything seem creamy :)
