Been using it a few weeks and my hair has less breakage and nails are stronger. No significant changes that are visible in my skin (i.e.wrinkles, fine lines).

I decided to try the capsules , for a change. Been using the powder for years. Unfortunately, not a fan. They’re too big, & the serving size is way too many.. sorry

Only reason i didn't give 4 stars is due to the price. Comparable to other supplements and protein powders, this is a bit more than I'd be willing to pay, especially for something I use daily. Other than that, love it!

Hot or cold it clumps. It ruins my coffee. I can tolerate it in orange juice, but it clumps up no matter what I put in and ends up at the bottom no matter how much I stir. I really like the gummies, but was trying to avoid the sugar.

I’m sure it’s a great powder but it definitely has a taste in coffee, tea or smoothies which isn’t the best to me. I will try capsules next. It’s just sitting in my shelves now.
