I’ve been adding collagen peptides to my coffee, oatmeal, smoothies, pancakes, etc. the past couple of weeks and I feel great! I love that it has a boost of protein plus my skin has never felt so good.

It used to be tasteless but the formula has changed. I opened a new container and put a tablespoon in my coffee and I couldn't even drink it. The taste is awful.
