I use this in all my smoothies, oatmeal, anything honestly! I love it after a workout, I use this as my "protein" powder even though it isn't essentially protein, it has a good amount in it! Recommend this product to all!

This is by far my favorite collagen powder I've tried. I use it every morning in my brewed cacao. I love that they've added hyaluronic acid and vitamin c. My only knock would be that the powder doesn't dissolve as easy as I would like.

Very effective at strengthening hair and nails. It has controlled the amount of daily hair loss and nails are harder and stronger. Very impressed with this product
