The 4 adults in my family have been using this collagen powder for a few years and everyone feels it helps. My son is a body builder and says this helps his joints. My mom swears that it helps her stay more limber in her 90s. I feel no difference but then as I age I may feel the difference or it will just keep me from feeling age related joint pains. We use the unflavored powder as everyone prefers to mix it into their beverage of choice. I can't taste it in my sugar free ice tea.

I was using another brand that was more expensive so I decided to try this while it was on sale, and I’m so happy I did. Even when it’s not on sale, it’s less expensive than the other one, has absolutely no taste and dissolves nicely in my morning coffee.

I do not use Two Scoops I used one heaping scoop. Mostly because of the price. But also I see results with using 1 heaping scoop. Hair grows really really fast. Nails are stronger than normal but I have weak nails. My primary said she uses it so I figured I would try it. Have gotten before and will get again

I’ve used this product for a couple of years. I had an operation two years ago and due to an infection the doctors had numerous CT scans with contrast. I was in the hospital for a month and they were worried about the amount of radioactive contrast being used. Needless to say my hair started to fall out in large amounts. I started to use this product to help my body. After around two months my hair was coming back and thicken. Yes, they continued to have me do CT scans with contrast every three months for a year.

Great brand! This is a trusted brand that actually works. It truly does make your hair grow faster and your nails stronger. I've had brittle nails my whole life and they're now nice and strong. I put 2 heaping scoops in my protein shake every morning. Love it!

I love this stuff and buy it all the time. That being said I ordered it from Sam’s on line shipping recently. When I received it it was in a different container. The container was cardboard. I’m not sure if that had an effect or if it was just a coincidence . Anyway it tasted horrible. I had to return it. I was able to purchase some in the old plastic container. Now I’m afraid of the cardboard one and if they no longer have plastic will have to change to a different brand

Havent exactly seen aany changes. I dont even know if this works or not but im getting my collagen in which i guess thats good. I mix it with my protein shake in the mornings. Taste good, no taste, no aftertaste. Its not flavored and mixes really well.

It seems everybody is complaining about the packaging. I’m buying mine straight from SAMS CLUB and I love the packaging. There’s no plastic in it. I’ll bring water with me to work – and add little packets of lemonade or orange flavor or whatever. And I put a tablespoon in for bottle and drink it throughout the day. I noticed that my skin is a bit softer. I bite my nails, so I’m not sure what’s going on there. And I haven’t noticed anything in my hair but it’s nice to have softer skin.
