I have been using this for about 3 months. I had trouble with my knee and was wearing a brace daily. After using this product I no longer wear the brace and I’m back in the gym.

I’ve had two deliveries and it never mixed well with any of my drinks. The only thing it mixed well was with my smoothies but those were done in a vitamix which blend everything.

So far so good. I've only just started taking it, so I'm not positive of the effects yet, but I am planning on continuing. I do find it hard to mix/dissolve in some liquids sometimes; sometimes it clumps into a sticky paste.

I am very satusfied with Vital Proteins. Dissolves eadiky in hot and cold liquid it is unflavored so it doesn't alter any flavored juice, coffeeor water. I bought the large size after my trial.

Although the product specifies unflavoured, there is a horrible taste and smell. I only realised this after I bought it and to drink it, I have to add juice or something to disguise the taste. Awful!

Product seems to work well, I've noticed a difference in both my skin and hair. Only thing that I really can't get past is the taste. It doesn't dissolve well and I can definitely taste it.

Maybe it's psychological but I feel like it has made a difference it dissolves instantly in my hot tea in the morning and there's no taste best collagen I've had in a long time

I'm really glad that I bought this product. I can tell a difference when I take it. It dissolves well in my coffee. I don't recommend putting it in just plain water.

Love this stuff! You can't taste it in your water, making it easy to drink every day. I can definitely tell the differnece in my joints. A lot more flexible and less creaky! LOL!

I have to say I am very happy so far with results. I am only using 1 scoop in my oatmeal and I am already noticing positive effects to my hair and skin.
