I think this product is making me very constipated...I'm going to stop using for a bit and see...if anyone out there has alternative...or advise to help!!!

Unflavored Collagen Peptides can be used in and for everything - smoothies, soups, coffee or tea, etc... Very versatile! Most definitely my favorite product.

Started taking this for arthritis pain in my hands. Within a couple months my hands were no longer stiff or sore. It made a huge difference. I went from being in constant pain to having no pain at all.

Just as advertised... it dissolved great in any beverage with little to no after taste. I only got the month supply, but didn't notice a difference....maybe had I gotten the larger size and used it longer I may have seen or felt a difference.
