I chose the unflavored because I mix it in my coffee which I drink black so I didn't want it to taste different. My hair and nails are awesome. My nails used to split and peel and now they're really strong.

There is a weird flavor to it but if you add frozen strawberries, sugar and ice to your water and blend it you can’t taste it anymore. My hair has grown and skin looks good.

I feel good about taking collagen every day. A lot of choices out there, but I like that this is grass fed and pasture raised. I use it in my smoothies. No taste, and dissolves fairly well in cold liquid.
