It’s great quality but it gave me acne on my face that I’ve never had before which was disappointing since I was hoping it’d help my skin. I won’t purchase again.

I started taking this for my joints but have also noticed a difference in my skin and hair. I add this to my morning cup of tea making it very easy to use.

I started my first container, had to stop after a couple days due to a UTI. Waited a week, started taking it again, and after a couple of days another UTI. Not sure what is in it that causes this, but not trying it again.

I bought this in January and it took about two weeks to get. I love the product. The problem i have with it, is that container is about a little of half full for what you pay for. I add this to my morning coffee and i can't even tell the difference.

Didn't benefit me and caused lots of bloating and some weight gain. I took if for two weeks at recommended amounts. Bloating subsidized when I discontinued but still have the extra weight.
