Mixes very easily into food… “unflavored” is a bit of a stretch; not terrible, but I wouldn’t mix into plain water and drink it :) Great source of collagens and proteins. The new top does reduce plastic but doesn’t seems like it would hold well if knocked over.

we have been using this product for over a year now - you have to give it time only because of so much harmful chemicals we ingest on a daily basis- my hair is stronger,fuller and my nails are not brittle as before- i can workout a bit longer everyday due to less fatigue and joint pain

I’m trying this product because I recently saw a YouTube video from a trusted individual who quoted research showing positive results on skin from collagen peptides when taken with vitamin C. I make sure I’m eating something with vitamin C. I need another 1-2 months to really decide if it’s helping.

I tried out this Vital Proteins brand when it was on sale. I had been using the generic/store brand for a few months at about half the price, so I was skeptical that this would be worth the cost increase. I can tell you it absolutely is worth paying more for, and I will never go back to the cheaper stuff! This powder literally melts into my hot tea, almost no stirring needed! The taste is so much lighter as well that I don't even notice it now.

I love this product. I've been using it for about 18 months now, and I notice brighter skin and stronger hair and nails. I also LOVE the new sustainable packaging. I feel so much better about my monthly order not having to throw away a thick plastic container every month. For all the negative reviews -- it's not that hard to open, people. Just follow the very simple instructions on the container.

I have only been using it a few weeks, and I have not noticed any changes yet. I mix it in my morning blueberry smoothie. The powder begins to gel immediately after contacting liquid, so I put it in the blender cup last. If I do not blend it quickly the gel sticks to the side of the cup. It is odorless and tasteless, so it does not affect the flavor. I shopped around for a good collagen and this one was the most cost effective with good reviews . The price at Sam’s club is the best I found for this product.

I like that this is a good source of extra protein and collagen that is virtually tasteless. I find it best to add a tablespoon or two to hot drinks including bone broth and coffee as it instantly dissolves. (You can always ice the coffee after you mix it in, too!)

The "new" packaging with the lid that folds back, etc. was nearly impossible to get open.....it is not user friendly -- I had to take a sharp knife and poke at it several times to finally get the lid to release. That, along with no scoop still? Going to go back to another product.

I use a scoop of collagen powder every day in my coffee as it is supposed to be good for osteoporosis, joint health and skin. The Vital Proteins makes my coffee more creamy and no additional taste, so I love it. You can’t beat the price at Sam”s especially when they have it on instant savings

after having my second child i got postpartum hair loss badly. i tried so many other things from shampoo to pills to help…. none of it did! this was a chance find i saw a article about not having enough collagen after a certain age and other helpful things in this supplement that was really good for you. so i got it and tried it after about 4 months i was literally seeing a significant difference in my hair loss from when i would wash or just brush my hair and it was falling out big time before i started taking this supplement. i would just ball as my hair came out in big wads i could roll around into balls. i saved some so i could see if anything was helping me. i was soooo happy to see so little hair coming out when i brushed it or washed it. it’s truly the only thing that’s helped me. i’m noticing the health and strength of my hair is so much better now and just keeps getting better. i’ve taken this for almost a year total and i do have baby hairs growing all along my hairline where you could see it was thinning out badly. plus now when i pull up my sides you can’t see my scalp as bad as it was before starting this supplement. this has worked so much for me. i hope of helps others as well. especially if you didn’t have help from any of the pricy pills or shampoos that they make for hair loss. i honestly don’t believe i’ll get all the hair i lost back because it was seriously allot but i’m so very happy with the results i’ve had in the close to 1 yr i’ve been taking vital proteins!!!
