I use Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides at least 5 days a week (two scoops in my green smoothie). I've seen a difference in my hair and nails to the point where I will never NOT use this. My hair has become so thick and healthy and my nails are stronger. I love that it's flavorless; it doesn't affect the taste of my smoothie at all (in fact, I think it just helps the ingredients to blend more smoothly). I am obsessed and reorder every few months.

No taste. No grit. No odd change in consistency of my morning cup of joe. I was skeptical at first but I am sooooo glad I gave it a try!!

I like the product, I add it to my greens and it cuts the taste. Giving 2 stars because of the removal of the scoop. Using the recommended serving size instead of the provided scoop seems to make it not last as long. You should get “about 34 servings”‘I got about 25 this last month. The 1st month with no scoop I felt like it ran out too quick. So I made sure to take note of when I opened the new one. I remember the container lasting me a month in the past. Either they are giving less or the serving size is incorrect.

I’ve been using this consistently since January and I’ve this was the only product that I actually noticed real results from. My ultimate goal was stronger hair, and this 100% did that. I’ll have two scoops in my morning coffee - this makes it so easy to remember and effortless! I recommend this to all my friends!

I've been using Collagen Peptides for a while and this is, by far, my favorite product. But there is one big issue I have with it. All the products claim that they can be dissolved in either hot or cold beverages and this is just NOT true. I've tried putting it in iced coffee, juice, even room temperature water and it gets really clumpy. The only time it completely dissolves is in a hot beverage. This isn't a deal-breaker for me (obviously considering I still use it), but if you want to put it in something cold, I suggest you heat up a small portion of it, mix in the collagen, and then add that dissolved collagen to your drink. That's basically what I do if I want to add it into iced coffee now.

I really wanted all the benefits that I read in all the reviews. Unfortunately I have not noticed much difference with anything. Dont know if there is a difference in the capsules vs the power or not but might give the power form a chance before I give up .

Vital Protein has changed my life for the better. There is no bad after taste and it mixes well with all liquid. I love to use it in my coffee and tea.

I take a variety of supplements for my health, but you don't always see tangible results. In the case of the Collagen Peptides, I've definitely noticed a difference in my skin, and my nails grow much quicker. This was within a couple of weeks. I'll definitely continue to use this product.
